Gluten-free cooking isn’t simply a fad diet for me or something I wanted to try for fun. For the past 20 years I have had to navigate the world as a celiac, and it hasn’t been all sunshine and rainbows. Until probably the last 5-8 years, there weren’t many good gluten-free food product options out there and not many restaurants seemed interested in helping to serve the gluten-free community. When it’s not your daily life, it’s hard to truly understand what it’s like to think about everything you’re buying, ordering, or eating at a friend or family’s house, and praying whomever made it took the necessary precautions to not cross-contaminate the food. I am bringing my vast experience of cooking and baking to your home to help make your gluten-free life a little easier!
