GARLIC GHEE & GINGER EDAMAME
Makes: 4-6 servings
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. Edamame, Frozen
1/4 cup Garlic Ghee
2 tbsp. Fresh Ginger, minced
1/4 cup Gluten Free Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos
to taste Flaky Sea Salt
directions:
Boil water. Add edamame and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Heat a large skillet or wok. Add ghee. Once hot, add edamame and ginger. Sauté for approximately 1 minute.
Add soy sauce and sauté for another 3 minutes.
Season with sea salt and enjoy!
