GARLIC GHEE & GINGER EDAMAME

Makes: 4-6 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. Edamame, Frozen

  • 1/4 cup Garlic Ghee

  • 2 tbsp. Fresh Ginger, minced

  • 1/4 cup Gluten Free Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos

  • to taste Flaky Sea Salt

directions:

  1. Boil water. Add edamame and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Heat a large skillet or wok. Add ghee. Once hot, add edamame and ginger. Sauté for approximately 1 minute.

  3. Add soy sauce and sauté for another 3 minutes.

  4. Season with sea salt and enjoy!

Ingredient brands used: Rise Tide Soulpothecary Ghee, Kikkoman Low Sodium GF Soy Sauce, and Maldon Sea Salt.
